![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The service rep did finally get a hold of me and I made it in time to get my rental car with 10 minutes to spare. The guy who answered proceeded to tell me, “I’m sorry ma’am, but there is nothing I can do to help you” and then transferred me back to the service line which of course wasn’t answered. I started to tell the manager that answered that I needed to get a hold of the service department because I needed a rental car prior to them closing at 12 PM and I was not able to be without a car the whole weekend. After not hearing anything by late Saturday morning and not being able to get through to the service department, I ended up reaching another department which I’m pretty sure was the “tower” or where all the managers sit. I took my car on a Friday and was told that evening that I would need a rental car. Not overly upset about that, however it is extremely hard to get through to the service department as nobody ever answers the phone. Since it was new and only had 5000 miles on it, they had to have somebody from Toyota look at it, which meant I was out of a car for almost 2 weeks. I had to take my new Toyota Highlander to the service department a couple weeks ago due to a leak in the transmission. ![]()
